I came back to this hotel having usually stayed here with my wife. As I was on my own for two nights, I had a simple double room, with an external bathroom in the corridor opposite my room. The full English breakfast was more than excellent, and the staff were as usual very friendly, efficient and nice. The location is very good as its only a few minutes walk to Brentwood rail station, so transport into Essex or London is very easy. I recommend this hotel as I have never had any issues when staying here.

We had clear communication by email before our arrival in London from China. Train delays from Heathrow did not cause a problem for our late arrival (midnight) in Brentwood. An upgraded room gave us a private bathroom was no problem. The breakfast is excellent and great value for both of us. We recommend this Guest House in the strongest manner possible, having extended our stay to four nights.
